We’re looking a bit different

what’s changed - and why?

If you’ve been with us for a while, you might notice our website and social media pages are looking a little bit different! We’ve got a new logo and a refreshed website - but who we are, what we do and what we believe haven’t changed. The last few years however have given us opportunity to step back and think about what we’re about - and after much wrestling, prayer and consideration we restated our Vision and Values as a church in a fresh way in 2022 (read about them here). We felt that this was a good time to freshen up our logo and website in a way that helps us remember them.

what’s the new logo about?

Our old logo (on the left in the image at the top of the page) had five circles in it - these represented the five circles of church life (Bridge Building, Witness, Nurture, Discipleship and Service) around which our Leadership Team structure was built.

Our new logo features three arrows which represent the three parts of our Vision - to Love God, Love People and Make Disciples - and how they each feed into the other as we grow together in our faith. The three arrows wind together into a cross, acknowledging that our whole Vision starts at the cross of Jesus Christ. We Love God, Love People and Make Disciples because God first loved us, and sent Jesus to the cross to bear our sins, reconciling us to Him.
